Return Policy
1. Eligible Returns
Items may be returned provided they are in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. This includes all boxes, bags, tags, stickers, instruction manuals, etc. If packaging is damaged, torn, or shows signs of use (such as wear, scuffs, dirt, pet hair, or the item has been mounted/used), we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2. Return Process – Three Easy Steps
- Initiate your return: Contact our returns team to obtain return authorization.
- Pack the item properly: Use the original packaging, ensure it’s protected for transit, and include your invoice or order information.
- Ship the item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. Prepaid shipments with tracking/insurance are strongly encouraged; we do not accept COD.
3. Shipping & Charges
All return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and include tracking; we cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged at purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Restocking Fee
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (unless otherwise requested).
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is approved.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on most returned items to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
This fee does not apply if:
- The return is due to a shipping error or defective item; or
- The return is processed as an exchange for another product of equal or greater value.
5. Timeframe for Returns
Returns must be completed and the item received by us within  20 days of the original delivery date. Returns outside this window or items showing any sign of use cannot be accepted.
6. Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for returns or can only be returned under specific conditions. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened chemicals or fluids.
- Electronic items that have been opened.
