Price-Match Guarantee

Our Promise
If you locate a product listed at a lower price on an eligible competitor’s website, we will match it — and we’ll do our best to beat it by 5%.

How It Works

  • The product must be in stock and the lower price must be currently active on the competitor’s site. 
  • The competitor must be a U.S.A-based, authorized online retailer for that brand; auction sites are excluded.
  • The item must be identical in every respect, same model year, size, color, etc. 
  • The 5% discount is applied to the item price before tax and shipping. 
  • For bikes and certain large items, the extra 5% discount may not apply, but we will still try to match the competitor’s price. 

After Purchase Price Match
If you’ve already made a purchase, and within 48 hours you find the same product at a qualifying lower price, contact our team and we’ll refund the difference.

What’s Not Included / Conditions

  • The extra 5% discount does not apply to bikes (though we’ll still attempt to match). 
  • Taxes, shipping costs, and other fees are not eligible for the discount. 
  • The price match does not apply to items shipped directly from the vendor. 
  • Rebates, bundled promotions, one-time or limited offers, and pricing from third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon) are excluded. 
  • Discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Final approval is at our discretion.

If you’ve found a lower eligible price and wish to obtain a match, get in touch with us before placing your order. We’ll need the competitor’s price listing, the retailer name, and full product details.
